At TST Digital , we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. Below is our fulfillment and refunds policy to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Fulfillment:
Upon receipt of payment, we will begin working on the agreed-upon services, with a detailed timeline provided to the client.
All deliverables will be completed and provided as outlined in the service agreement or project scope.
Regular updates will be communicated throughout the process to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Refunds:
Service Fees: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which require time and resource investment, all fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Unused Services: For monthly or recurring services, clients may request a cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Any unused portion of prepaid services may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.
Dissatisfaction with Services: If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage prompt communication so we can address the concern. While refunds for completed services are not guaranteed, we will work to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
